Well, we are rolling towards the end of week two of trial testimony,

week three of the trial as a whole, if you count jury selection. And my overall assessment thus

far, as I've said on air, is that for the prosecutors, so far so good. We don't have some

sort of smoking gun. This is not a smoking gun case, but they're doing a

good job of building the foundation for this case, of explaining to the jury how catch and kill

works and what the negotiations were between the inquirer, Michael Cohen, and Trump. The big moment's

going to be when Michael Cohen takes a stand, and there will be a very important moment within that testimony,

which I'm going to talk about in today's piece.
