Hey everyone, Ellie here wishing you a happy Friday. Another eventful week in the legal news. This time we're looking ahead to

what looks like it's going to be the very first criminal trial of Donald Trump, and it's not far

away. I want to draw attention to what I think is going to be a very interesting dynamic in that

trial. Also, on March 5th, if you happen to live in or near Washington, D.C., I'm going to be doing

an event, along with Katie Fang, who many of you know is an anchor over at MSNBC. Katie and I are going

to be arguing on stage at the Royal Shakespeare Theater, the case of Lady Macbeth versus Macbeth.

It is the annual mock trial, although this is more of an

appellate argument. Justice Amy Coney Barrett will be presiding over the argument, along with a

panel of four highly esteemed and intimidating federal judges from Washington, D.C., and elsewhere.

So I'm going to be representing Lady Macbeth,

who did nothing wrong. Katie's going to be representing Macbeth, the guy who did all the

killing. But definitely check it out. Shakespeare Theater in Washington, D.C., get your tickets. We'll be

there sort of mingling with the crowd before and after. And it'll be really fun, and you'll get to

see me get grilled by an esteemed panel
