Well, another whirlwind week.

The funny thing is I'm recording this,

of course, before the week's over. It's already been a whirlwind and heaven knows what else

will happen. This week, I'm going to take a lesson that I learned as a prosecutor, an insider

lesson, I guess, and apply it to some of the news that's happening now to hopefully give

you a little bit more insight

One of the first and most important lessons that I learned as a prosecutor was this.

The jury is just 12 regular people, New Yorkers, in my case.

They're judging every move you make and they're sitting right there. And the jury is,

of course, everything. That's why Donald Trump's behavior during the recent E. Jean-C.

Carroll defamation trial was so astonishing. Even if Trump doesn't give a damn about courtroom decorum for its own sake, and I'm sure he doesn't. His conduct was tactical

self-sabotage and resulted in a jaw-dropping civil verdict. He'd better get an in-court

attitude adjustment quickly, or at least fake one, or else the consequences will be far worse.
