0:36.6	talk to you about a couple observations on the Sean Combs trial, the Diddy trial, which is playing out in federal court in the Southern District of New York, of course, where I used to be a prosecutor.
0:47.5	Two things. I don't think either of these things is going to swing the outcome, but I think it gives you some interesting behind-the-scenes view into the kind of
0:54.3	things that prosecutors and defense lawyers think about when you're trying a case to a jury.
0:59.4	First of all, there are apparently six, yes, six AUSAs, six federal prosecutors sitting at the
1:07.3	prosecution's table. As you can tell, I'm sure from my tone of voice, that's nuts.
1:12.3	In all my time at the SDMI, I was never on a prosecution team. I never even heard a contemplation
1:18.2	of a team more than three prosecutors at the table. I did a three defendant five murderer case
1:26.2	with three prosecutors total, myself and two others.
1:29.0	I did another case involving four gangsters charged with racketeering with three of us.
1:34.0	Six is just ridiculous.
