Summary

1:24.3	what the current status of the law is, which is no, but that certainly could change.
1:29.5	There's some reason to think this may make its way up through the courts to the Supreme Court,
1:33.9	and there's good reason to think if it does, the Supreme Court may change the law that's been
1:38.7	in effect for 90 years or so on that particular issue. But sometimes we just have to acknowledge what we don't know.
