Like I've said before, things are happening really too fast to wait for Friday every week.

We're going to turn away from Eric Adams this week.

Of course, there was one new development where the judge has appointed an outside lawyer,

a longtime conservative stalwart named Paul Clement,

former Solicitor General of the United States. And basically, the judge on the Eric Adams case,

has asked Paul Clement to come back with a report and research and recommendations. What can I do

here? What are my options? I think it's an interesting development. I think it's good and smart

that the judge

has said I'd like to get some oppositional view because the only view the judge technically has

is from Eric Adams and from DOJ under Emo Boewe. They agree. They want the case dismissed. But I think

the judge is smart to say, well, what's the other side of this? So we will learn the fate of this within the

next two weeks or so. I think it's pretty clear this case, will not live on the Eric Adams case,

but there's higher interest at stake here, including first and foremost, what is a proper reason

or improper reason to dismiss or I guess maybe bring an indictment. So we will stay on that

story. In the meantime, I am turning my focus to another outrage. Look, you all know I'm not big on
