I am so excited to share my conversation with Sheena.

She is the founder, the brains and the ambition behind Cosis, which as you guys know is one

of my favorite beauty lines.

And I think for the longest time when it came to clean, I'm putting clean and quotes because

we know clean is not defined, but a beauty brand that had ingredients that were also good

for your skin in terms of color cosmetics.

All of the kind of natural beauty brands were not giving me what I needed in terms of

color payoff and pigment, especially as a woman with dark skin.

So enter Cosis and I was just like, wow, this is what I've been looking for and I've

been following the brand for a long time and I was just so excited to have Sheena on.

So you guys are going to love this conversation.

We also get into some more difficult discussions around what she's doing as a leader to amplify

black voices, but also making sure that her shade ranges are inclusive.

I love asking my non-black guests what they are doing to elevate BIPOC women, BIPOC customers

because I think that's just really important in something that, you know, we need to keep

companies accountable for.
