The first of which is why in the world is AJ doing the intro, which is a valid question.

And then the second of which is an equally valid question, and that is why does his audio

sound so crappy.

Well, you probably know that we missed an episode last week, and for that, we're sorry.

And I was in discussion with Ryan yesterday, and we didn't want to go two weeks, missing

the podcast podcast not putting

something out there for you all because we love you and we value this this time

that we have with you and we want to steward it and with with everything that

Ryan has going on and everything that Billy has going on I mean and myself you know I just

told him you know I put something out today I had no idea when I was going to do it but I'm

sitting in my car right now with my laptop on my lap outside of CBS I just got off work

I'm getting ready to run in here and grab the wife some stuff that she asked me for

so I figured I would just utilize this time to record and put something out so please

excuse the absence from last week and please excuse my audio but in that discussion I was

having with Ryan last night I was just kind of vensing to him about some things that um not not only

things that are going on in my life but things that are

going on in some people who are very close to me their lives as well and I didn't really realize

at the time when I was having this conversation with him that I needed that conversation

because when I got off of the phone with him,

I felt so much better.
