Let me tell you about myself, because this is such a momentous day.

I had a big, a banner weekend because I had a major accomplishment, which was, and this has been on my list of things to do for a very long time.

I finally cooked a Filipino dish called Pancet, and Pans been on my list of things to do for a very long time, I finally cooked a Filipino

dish called Pancet. And Pancet is like Lomain, right? But less greasy and you don't feel as

guilty about it unless you add as much soy sauce as I do, but an MSG. It's a mixture you put,

it's noodles and vegetables and vegetables and you a protein in there, and it's great.

And so I did this.

I had roasted a chicken the night before, so the actual chicken meat.

So you're not, you know, like cooking like a chicken breast or whatever.

You were just actually taking it from the nights, the night before is chicken that I pulled out, and it's so good. And I also had made a chicken stock, and you cook it in the night before is chicken that I pulled out and it's so good and I also had

made a chicken stock and you cook it in the chicken stock. In any event, it was great because I actually

used my mother's recipe. And so it was on my phone and while I was cooking, I was alone in the

kitchen and I look at it and there's a list of things and I remembered where I was when I put that on the phone, which was I was in the kitchen at my parents' house.

And my mother was just telling me as she was cooking and I was putting it in.

And this was like years ago.

So it was not like when she was sick.

It wasn't like, you know, I don't want to have to say this, but you might better give me your recipes.
