Hello everyone. Yeah, no episode this Friday and of course you all deserve an explanation.

I'd of course planned for update episode number 16 to come out today December 29th of

2023 little did I know when I was planning this all out that I would get very sick. I'm up here in

Pennsylvania, I don't think that maybe has something to do with it, me getting sick up here

in contrast to me, maybe getting here in contrast to me

maybe getting sick in Florida where I live.

But on Christmas day that evening,

I just became really, really tired, which would have been Monday, it was Christmas day.

I went to bed at about 9 PM and I knew that was trouble.

When I feel like that, I know that probably something is going on.

I slept for 12 hours straight, got up the next day, I was sick.

I don't think it was COVID, I think it's flu. And I'm kind of about, maybe you can tell

my by my voice that not 100% I'm probably like 75% now the worst is past but I'm telling you Tuesday

Wednesday and even earlier today, Thursday, December 28th, no fun at all.

So I had all intentions of getting the episode done, it got done, I went through all the

of Unfounds episodes and the ones that I want to talk about that have updates, updates, but

just did not have the energy and the voice I was

completely laid up so I apologize to all of you I don't want you didn't want any of you to think that well I said the episode was going to come out then it didn't come out with no explanation and just to be blank and nothing come out on December 29th. I would never do that.

To all of you I think that I'm always very upfront on how we do things here and how

episodes get made and everything and I think I'm one of the more transparent

hosts out there but I just could not get it done I was so sick I don't get
