And after Jamart called me I knew that there was kind of a shift

happening within the podcast and within the organization because any of these

inflection points kind of creates further clarity for where the

organization will land and there was a different lien and there was a different kind of

you know different opinions I should say that was happening even within the

podcast as well about where we should go what we should talk about how we should

talk about it and that was a lot of different factors so just you know long story short

like Phil was transitioning yeah

it was very obvious understand just like you listening we were forming and

shaping opinions in real time.
