Here we are. Friday again. I know. They soon come, don't they? You know, you never know. You think one day and think, oh my God, it's podcast day.

And I've learned so much in the last year about subjects I didn't know anything about, including my own, to be honest with you. Yeah. It's helped me, really. Yeah. Well, as I said, you know, we've had a wide variety. Too many to name

right now, but we've got someone who's got an illness very similar to me today, haven't we?

We have. A guy I met during my racing career, racing in the minis years ago, 10, 12 years ago now.

He's a very tall man and he raced a small mini.

It always amazed me how he got in.

But, yeah, Pete Demant.

Pete's joining us today and telling us all about his story with regards to renal cancer.

Ah, good, yep.

So today we've got a friend of mine who we met 10, 12 years ago on the mini circuit

in racing.

It always amazed me because Pete, as a very tall man, I'm not quite sure how tall he is,

but he used to get into this little mini and bomb around his track.

And then watching him get out again, I thought, well, he's sitting in the

back seat driving this car. So today I'd like to welcome to the podcast, Pete DeMant. Good
