Basically because your whole body is like squeezing at once. Certain nerves can be like squeezed.

Yeah, so those nerves will be squeezed and mine nerves that go down to my hand gets squeezed.

So I get a serious pain down to my hand.

This is why I use the tactic of screaming when sneezing because you don't get that.
