Hello and it's just me for the Work for Change Podcast, it's your host Jean, and it's just me for the intro

because I gotta explain something that I feel like is very important to explain so

Listen up we we filmed an episode a couple days ago

It was me my brother and my wife Sam.

And we got into, you know, we were talking about pregnancy,

we were talking about diabetics, talking about whatever.

And then the conversation switched to politics,

because at that point Joe Biden had just been proclaimed president

the next coming but you know there's so much controversy surrounding that and you know depending on who you

depending on who you talk to it's legitimate it's not

legitimate it's gonna happen it's not gonna happen and from that point

the conversation I in my personal opinion went down was a pretty

Was it very like encouraging it wasn't very edifying it wasn't very uplifting not that anything bad happened but I just don't

have a big passion talking about politics I don't have a big passion talking about

candidates and what they stand for and what they believe.

And we created this podcast to be kind of an escape for like people who want to improve in their fitness journey right and we're not

necessarily trying to bring all that craziness into this podcast we just want to

kind of say like hey like if you want to change your life

there are real tangible practical things you can do and you don't have to we don't want to be a

place that necessarily causes division we want to bring people together around fitness, right?

That's kind of the hope beyond this podcast as least as I see it and I feel like the conversation

did not go that way.
