U.S. and our allies in Europe, which is now starting to break.

This is Scottish bagpiper playing a folk hymn early this morning in Normandy, France.

To mark exactly 75 years since the Allied forces, the UK, Canada, France, and the U.S. invaded

the beaches of Normandy, the beginning of the end of World War II.

That Scottish folk tune marked the start of a day full of commemorative ceremonies.
