Summary

The Tennessee Titans could take one of the "non-premium" positions in the first round of the NFL Draft, but that should not mean Caleb Downs is a possibility. Downs is a fine prospect, but with the Titans having Kevin Winston and Amani Hooker, safety not being a prime need and Downs being an overrated prospect, it would be a poor choice for Mike Borgonzi. However, the Titans could choose to add a safety much later and what type of player they look for will tell us a lot about who will be doing what in the secondary.
