All right, on this episode, I got to tell you, I'm pretty excited.

Conan O'Brien.

I have watched Conan O'Brien, like everybody else in the world, watched him as a,

every, every nerd of the 1990s, every dork kid watched Conan O'Brien and felt finally

seen that there was somebody else that was,

had this weird, brilliant comedy that wasn't just jokes about, you know, the old

Johnny Carson, Bob Hope kind of stuff and thought it was super cool.

And Conan O'Brien was kind of important to my understanding of comedy and how things were

and the comedians he brought on his show.

So it's exciting for me, but I got to know from you.

What are you hoping that Conan O'Brien is going to teach us?

Well, I'll get to that, but I also want to, I'm three-ish years older than you maybe.

And so when he was coming on to the scene real visibly, I'm three-ish years older than you maybe, and so when he was

coming on to the scene real visibly, I guess he'd been a Simpsons writer when I was in college. He's in nine years, I'm 53, he's 62-ish. He'd been a Simpsons writer when I was in college, but when he was coming on the scene, I was just out of college and in the work-a-day world and wasn't paying attention to any pop culture.

So in the 90s, I didn't pay any attention to him,
