that Edelsen filed against Erica Gerardi and other people, which he claims,

are involved in a criminal and consisting of Tom's law firm.

So let's jump in.

I mean, this thing is just massive.

So we'll get right into it, finish up this one and then talk about the other lawsuits

that have popped up and then some other drama between the players involved in these cases.

All right, Erica's defensive Tom and the bizarre shifting stories about his car accident, paragraph 232.

Erica embarked on a campaign to defend Tom after the revelations of the scheme were uncovered.

During the filming of the Housewives, season 11 reunion episodes,

Erica made several statements intended to create uncertainty about whether Tom stole money from

his clients, including, I think there's a chance it's not true.

Only one side of the story has been told and quote, we are a long way from finding out what really

happened here. Erica made these statements on national television, despite knowing that Tom

already admitted to stealing money in federal court and the state bar of California had stripped
