One of the authors we have featured on the podcast is Gemma Amor. Gemma is co-creator of the Calling Darkness Podcast,

well worth checking out as their third episode drops this Thursday. And her novel, Cruel Works of Nature, continues to get rave reviews.

Gemma is in the midst of funding her newest project, a novel titled White Pines.

20 years ago the town of White Pines vanished, taking all 1346 inhabitants with it. The novel deals with the nightmare-ish mystery that surrounds the place where it once stood.

What about all the people who lived there? What about the family and friends left behind?

Why does no one talk about White Pines? Journalist Megan Douglas is on a grim mission to find answers to questions the world has stopped asking.

Gemma has a Kickstarter to raise the funds needed to publish both the book and the audiobook read by the author.
