A nine-story building was hit last night in Harquive,

Two boys, age 12 and 15, were killed along with another man and at least 35 other people injured,

Fires are still being extinguished in several apartments and rescuers are searching for more victims who may still be trapped under the rubble.

The 15-year-old boy who died was trapped but died before rescuers could get him out.
