He has done patrol, he's acted as a bay lift and he's also been on their transport team.

So bay lift and transport are two things I never really talked about on this podcast.

And another really interesting thing about this guest is he essentially had to do the

it is a huge life event.

It's super stressful.

When you're in it, it's very stressful and everything rides on it.

If you fail, please academy, your career as you know it as a police officer is over for

the time being at least and it's terrifying.

After you graduate, often police officers kind of speak very lightly about police academy

and joke about the good times and we kind of forget about how just how intense it is and

how good it felt to graduate from like a five or six month long paramilitary police academy.
