Summary

In the 1950s, Sears printed a catalog ad encouraging kids to call Santa. That ad included a phone number to a Sears hotline. Except there was a typo in the ad. After a flurry of children called NORAD (the North American Aerospace Defense Command) wishing to speak to Santa, the base commander was inspired. The command center tracked Santa every Christmas eve since that day. This is episode 11 of the 12 days of TILLN Christmas. Every day until Christmas, we're releasing a new mini-podcast episode about all kinds of holiday topics. Available wherever you get your podcasts. Things I Learned Last Night is an educational comedy podcast where best friends Jaron Myers and Tim Stone talk about random topics and have fun all along the way. If you like learning, and laughing a whole lot while you do, then you’ll love TILLN. Watch or listen to this episode today!
