So, like yesterday, we will start off with a Vedantic, a non-dual meditation.

Then we will go into the actual teachings shavana and then we will do a

little bit of Q&A so instead of shavanana manana nidhyasana we're going to

have nidhyasana shravana and manana all right we will start with chanting Ome for a minute.

Notice that as you see, you're aware, we are aware, we are conscious.

And when we close our eyes, we cannot see anymore, but we are conscious, clearly.

Notice that whatever we hear, music, speech, noise, we are conscious.

Whatever we smell, taste, touch, we are conscious.

The perceptions are various, seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, touching, very different.

But in and through all of that, we are conscious.

And in our minds, we think so many things, but we are conscious amidst all the thoughts.
