Hi everyone, welcome to another episode of the Let's Talk Yoga podcast. On the show today, I have one of my favorite yoga teachers, someone who I respect, admire and aspire to be like Judith Hanson Lassiter.

a little bit because I honestly could not imagine writing insulting email to my yoga teachers.

And honestly, that kind of tone and language was not warranted. And maybe it's a cultural thing.

Maybe it's how I was raised in India, or maybe it is just my own

ethics and respect and reverence for yoga teachers. That would never let me write even a sentence.

That would potentially go against my own values. So I was instantly reminded of this conversation

We talk about non-violent communication for yoga teachers because I honestly believe how you speak to

others is how they will speak to you and especially how you speak to your students.

They will mirror that back and they will engage back the same way. So my hope for you is to your students, they will mirror that back and they will engage back the same

way. So my hope for you is that your students will always treat you with respect, care and have

the grounding to have difficult conversations, but in a meaningful, respectful and clear way.
