0:55.0	Oh. What we did in the morning was, take up any object and strip away from it all its objective qualities.
1:30.3	All that remains is sensing and thinking.
1:34.3	This book, remove from your mind the notion that there is an object called a book.
1:40.3	Just how do you do that? It's so driven into us that there's a thing called the book.
1:45.0	How do you do that? Look at your experience. Your experience is only of a blue shape,
1:51.0	blue color and a shape. That's all. And so there's a distance. The shape is away from me.
1:58.0	Away from me means the distance is also in your awareness.
2:01.6	The me-ness, this body is also in the awareness.
2:04.6	So, this is the shape and the color is sensing.
2:08.6	And then the sensing is to be further reduced to awareness.
2:12.6	The sensing is nothing apart from awareness.
2:16.6	No object, just color and shape.
2:20.3	No color and shape, just seeing.
2:23.3	No seeing. It's just awareness.
2:27.3	Notice, when we stand as awareness, when we read I am that awareness, actually perception has seized.
2:43.5	When I think I am the awareness, then it's no longer true that I am seeing a book.
