Summary

On this episode of The Nomadic Outdoorsman Dan talks with Jimmy Shelhamer from Florida about his passion for mudding and traveling the country in search of mature whitetails. Jimmy was born and raised in South Florida where he grew up hunting the Florida swamps and traveling to Georgia to hunt friend's property and hunting leases. When it wasn’t hunting season Jimmy was fishing or riding four wheelers in the mud. He moved to north central Florida to take a job with the only fire department hiring at that time and never left. When not in the woods Jimmy is taking care of our wagyu cattle on the family farm. Jimmy always wanted to film his hunts and have his own show but when life got in the way those dreams started to fade, that’s when he finally decided to go all in and create Country Traditions. He started posting to YouTube for his friends and family to follow along with his life and the rest is history!
