He is, I think it is fair to say, if you're actually going to do

one of those meta-analyses about citations and references and publications,

he has got to be in the 0.1% of top public intellectuals of the last couple decades.

I am not going to read you the list of all the books that he has written or co-written because we don't have that much time.

But Cass Sunstein, who is a professor at Harvard Law School,

the author of many books, including

his latest, which we're going to be talking about today,

noise, a flaw in human judgment, which he co-wrote with Daniel Coniman and

Olivier Ciboney, and if I mispronounce that, I'll be corrected shortly.

And I should also note that when I was doing show prep, I realized I had missed this news,

but Cass Sunstein actually works as taking a job in, he's still teaching at Harvard,
