called Noel Clark. Doctor Who fans will remember him as Mickey Smith. He was Billy Piper's

boyfriend during the mid-Norties, Christopher Eccleston and David Tenant eras.

He was the writer and star of a trilogy of crime dramas.

First kiddlethood, then adulthood, and finally brotherhood.

He even won a special BAFTA for his outstanding contribution to British film.
