Well hello, hello, welcome back to yet another Knock-On Podcast and this one's going to

be pretty cool one simply because I'm actually taking time out of my personal time down here

on a tropical island to record this podcast.

Questions consider continuing to pour in from all you out there and I've got a lot of cool

things that have actually happened during this last week.

So there's several good topics to talk about and I've gone through and pulled a lot of

the questions off the private messages on my Instagram account.

So for those of you who are here in these, I know some of them are really old but honestly

I just figured out Instagram had Messenger like maybe a month ago.

So I am very far behind on those and I apologize for that but first thing I want to get into

is something that actually, you know, I've been traveling quite a bit right now is my

time of year I have to do a lot of coaching, a lot of training and also try to squeeze

in some family time too.

So I've had quite a bit of work come up but we've taken a few days right now or down

here in Mexico so I can up some sun but I couldn't help but notice a post that Cameron
