Hello, hello and welcome back to another Knock-On Podcast everybody.

I guess I'm getting in the habit of always apologizing to you guys about the fact that I'm a little

bit late here getting another podcast out so once again I do apologize and know that most

of you out there really like hearing these on your way to work but unfortunately my work has

been overwhelming and which is a good thing but with the show still having another quarter

of new episodes coming.

We've been busy there busy with this new book that I'm working on and definitely busy with

the Knock-On store as well among other projects so it's been a fairly hectic three months for

the Dudley family and most of the Knock-On crew to be honest with you so I've got some awesome

topics that we're going to go over today and as usual when it comes to archery there's only

so many subjects that are going to be common questions to archery so sometimes they might get

answered slightly different or we may go into it a little bit more from time to time.

But for the most part all these questions kind of lead back to the same basic things. I mean when

we look at archery there's really a bow there's arrows or release or rest stabilizers

shot execution shot form and I guess picking what equipment between all those two that's really

what it boils down to so I definitely don't mind continuing to cover the same
