Just returned back from a real long trip in Europe.

I did a lot of coaching seminars.

Finally finished up that seminar that night that actually recorded the last podcast in

Dublin.

Was a great group of archers.

Some surely some passionate archers there.

It was an awesome night.

And as you can tell I'm probably sounding a little bit more horse than normal.

That's because once again every single time I fly I managed to get some kind of a respiratory

cold and once again I've got it.

So I'm a little bit stopped up but I guess I'm just thankful that I made it home.

I forget what it was.

I think it was seven or eight flights in eleven days.

So it was a lot of flying and it was pretty fun because I did get to take my family with

me.
