Alright everybody welcome back to another Knock-On Podcast and this is a podcast that

I've been talking about for several weeks.

One that I'm super excited about because it involves someone that not only has helped

me significantly throughout my career but also someone that I really looked up to.

And today we're going to talk on the topic of physical preparation and the physical fitness

side of archery because as many of you out there know I've always really taken pride

in my physical physique that comes from I guess decades of being an athlete, being in

sports but I've always taken it super super serious and one thing that I did years and

years ago was I made an investment to find the best in the world to help me not only

become in better physical shape but a better archer as well.

So without further ado I'm going to introduce you guys to a three-time Mr. Olympia, three-time

Mr. Universe, Mr. World, the guy that had the leanest physique, the most natural and

proportional looking physique in the history of bodybuilding, Frank Zane.
