So here are my initial thoughts.

He definitely exhibits tale-tale signs of long-term substance abuse, alcohol abuse.

There's definitely evidence that I would say is of cognitive impairment that you would typically see in somebody who's been drinking a lot for a long

time. He's definitely also somebody who appears to me to be very comfortable with lying.

Yeah. Even when the lies don't make sense and even when they're nonlinear, which was like very

bizarre, there was no consistent linear pattern of his storytelling.
