What is it all about?

This industry has been really good at driving costs down and driving efficiencies at the expense of everything else.

At the expense of the small farmers that are really struggling and are left behind at the expense of environmental stewardship, animal welfare.

And I think that there is a lot more awareness and it's not going to last.

How weird is it, actually, that it's already the last week of August.

Where has the summer gone?

My goodness.

I was thinking about this just last night, in fact. And as I was doing that,

I was eating a fantastic chocolate chip cookie that I got from this local bakery. I go to it's

called Ars Mendi. They're like a co-op. They make amazing stuff. And these cookies are

incredible. Like, you know, they're like the size of a frisbee.

But of course, no cookie would be complete.

That a nice, tall glass of milk.

I love milk.

I kind of grew up in one of those milk households.

Like, we always had, like, gallons.

We had a second fridge.

That was basically a milk

fridge. And there was four of us and like, you know, we'd be running around playing and stuff.
