Hey everybody, we've got a great one today, you know, for a change.

And this time, this time I really mean it.

My guest is Michael Mann, Nobel Prize recipient for his work in Climate Science, and in light

of what happened in Texas, he is a very timely guest, I would say.

Actually, I taped the bulk of this conversation before that event.

See, I actually had suspected the climate change was a real thing, even before that happened

in Texas.

So I asked Michael to come back after Texas to explain the polar war texts, and you'll

hear that part first.

Michael is a great guest, this is his second time on the podcast, and I know you'll find

this very helpful actually in your understanding of what he calls the New Climate War, which

is the name of his new book.

And it's basically about how a lot of climate deniers have sort of just given up the ghost

finally on denying climate change and have been engaging in some other tactics, including

saying, well, you know, it's hopeless.

We really can't do anything about it at this point.

So yeah, give up.

Of course, one of the sensational things that came out of this Texas debacle was the Ted

Cruz fiasco.
