It is day four of our Radio Row World Tour and we have an amazing show for you today. Robert Maze from

the Athletic will be joining us right off the top before we welcome in points. Bet's head trader Jay

Croucher and then the Denver Broncos is no a fan. But first we have Mr. Maze, Josef Athletics football show

and dare I say now a writer for the New York Times, Robert? I guess that's sort of true. It's good to know

that no a fan will be the second best athlete on this show after the 6-0-40 that I posted yesterday.

We're all online. That means we were 5-9. That was a little slow on the stopwatch but that's

neither here nor there. I ran my barefoot so I feel like 6-0. That's pretty good. That's different. You adjust

that for the barefoot and it's like 5-5. I'd say that's 4-8. 4-8 if I ran it. That's what we're going to

go with. At the minimum that might be 4-6, 4-7. You know we did dress shoes. We were all very prepared

during the 4-0-40. My feet are still recovering actually. I have some issues after running.

I'm fine, emotionally not so much. We are emotionally shatter. It was tough to see that number.

I had to be honest. The number was the screaming you are 35 years old. That's exactly what it is.

It's a calculation of how washed you are. You feel it all the time but it's a little bit more

nebulous. Now it's concrete. It's really hard to stare that mortality in that cold calculated way

in the face. Yes, you do have proof the stopwatch does not lie. Even though it might have lied to Denny.

Yeah, Robert is a dual threat athlete as a New York Times athletic writer and a 40-yard

dash runner. But Robert, my first question is like me, you are a Mizzou alum. Yes. Unlike me,

you were also a Bears fan. How how how do you do that? How do you tolerate all that pain? How do
