Summary

"I just don't feel motivated." How many times have you said this while sitting on the couch, watching another episode of Gilmore Girls, not doing that thing you totally said you were going to do? Samesies, friend. You know why motivation is so hard? Because you're never going to be motivated to do crap you don't want to do, plain and simple.

The most freeing moment of my life was when I realized I didn't have to be motivated to get things done, and that I could rely on momentum over all else. Motivation is a fleeting emotion. If you aren't feeling, you can't just summon it to come. This episode explores and invites you to ditch the idea of motivation so you can actually get things done and feel good about it.
