Yeah you better. Yeah you better. Guys, before we get into today's video, please give this video a like if you are in the same boat with me and thinking that trigger warning culture has gotten a little bit too out of control.

I feel as though nowadays I am getting trigger warnings at every single turn.

I see it on places like Tik-Tok, social media platforms, it's in movies, in media.

Many of you speak to getting trigger warnings in the classroom,

and I have to ask myself whether or not we've gone too far with trigger-warning culture and

whether or not it actually helps us at all.

And just in case you're unfamiliar with trigger warnings you haven't been

seeing them everywhere like I have, it's essentially a little bit of a disclaimer

before you get into maybe a video, a piece of writing, reading a book where it

warns you of potentially distressing things that you will find

within the piece of media that you're consuming. These trigger warnings will

essentially tell you that there's something that could be possibly traumatic within this
