Go in the pleas to two openings, Philippians the fourth chapter and 1 Timothy the fifth chapter.

We've been looking for a few weeks now on a subject we're calling no worries.

No worries.

In our two main texts have been these verses right here, Philippians 4, and then looking

over in 1 Peter 5. Philippians 4, verse 6. Philippians 4.6, let's notice this. They'll put it on the

screen for us. Says, be careful for what? How much? much now the word careful here like we've said

before could be translated anxious anxious or we might say worried don't we say like this be anxious

should we take this seriously so then how much or what is it okay to be anxious about?

Your money? Because, you know, I mean, that can get serious sometimes. Certainly your kids. Nobody would

find fault with you being anxious about your kids. Right?

Well, what does nothing mean?

He said, well, I care about my kids.

If you really care about them, you want to do something that'll help them.

Anxiety will never help them.

Worry will never help them.

So you're not part of the solution when you're worrying.

Let me go over with that again real slow. You're not part of the solution. You're not contributing

anything to solving, fixing anything while you're worrying,

or being anxious, being upset, being scared.

Now, this is, you know, we've all done some of this.

But if we know better and if we find out from the Lord how to do better,

why shouldn't we live that
