I'm your host, Cory Muscara, and in today's episode, we're going to talk about taking

the perspective of no wasted time.

So one of the things I see on people's growth journeys is that they start with very positive

and well-meaning intentions, meaning there's a part of them that is inspired to learn,

to improve, to gain insight, to heal, to understand patterns and different ways that they can

change.

I almost view that part of ourselves as sacred, the part that wishes to expand, to know,

to understand.

It's a really special impulse when it comes through because it does become the motivating

force for positive change and evolution.

However, alongside that, when we do start to wake up a bit and see aspects of ourselves

more clearly with a lens that we didn't have before, one of the things we tend to do

alongside that is look back at our younger self or younger selves, we could say.

And all the different negative patterns we got caught in, all the cycles we went through

over and over, all the things that we can see now with hindsight and go, oh my gosh,

why was I doing that?

I was like such a bad person or it was awful or why couldn't I get this right or why didn't

I just make that decision?
