We brought you word just before Thanksgiving that a federal judge had tossed out indictments against two people who'd been singled out for prosecution by President Trump.

The judge dismissed the cases against former FBI director James Comey and current New York State Attorney General Letitia James.

The indictments against both of President Trump's political enemies have been dismissed, although the judge dismissed them without prejudice.

The cases were tossed because the prosecutor who went before grand jurors was herself disqualified.
