You see that the giants apparently have no interest in trading Kvon-Tibodoh, which I, man, I tell you, it's, all you have to do when you look at some of these rosters is who is the GM who drafted this guy.

And if the GM who drafted that guy is still the GM, then they hang on to guys way too long. And if they're

not, they come in and they get rid of them. So I still stand by the fact that if a new GM

had come in after Joe Shane had drafted Kvon, Tybadoe, he probably wouldn't have picked up

his 50-year option. And if they did, he probably would have traded him at the trade deadline,

because he's been massively underwhelming. And you would think that signing him to a

long-term deal would be a bad idea. So I think that these teams really need to consider

trading a lot of players and the Giants luckily have the quarterback in place that they

believe is going to be here for a very, very long time. We believe after seeing him, he'll be here

for a very, very long time. The Jets do not. But in order to turn over rosters and to get better,

you need as many picks as possible and as many picks, you know, of guys who would live

up to a better standard than what Kvon Tibido's been as a number five pick overall, for

God's sake.

So if the Jets and Giants stand pat at the trade deadline and don't get some picks for some of

these players that are not going to be around, I'd be very, very disappointed.

You know, the other part of this is you've got to think about salary cap implications, and you've got

to think about whether or not somebody would want to accept his 50-year option. You know, you may not

get what you want for him or what you think that you deserve for a player that was drafted that

high. So that could be another kind of flying the ointment spot for Joe Shane.

The other aspect of all of this, too, is to remind people that the Giants are right now,

where I believe the Patriots were last year.
