Obviously, your Chelsea Youth Days together, both at Cobham.

You were a couple years older than him, if you don't mind me saying.

But the fact that you're even in the sort of same teams and training together

is testament to what a talent and such ability he had.

I want to ask you to begin with, when you first sort of came across him,

when you first saw him,

what were your first impressions?

First impressions was that he was a very humble boy.

Like I said,

like you said, sorry,

I'm a couple years older,

so, you know, he managed to train up

a couple of age groups.

And from then on, really, you sort of, you get some players that come up from a younger

age and maybe they can be a bit arrogant.

I don't know, you know, there's all different sort of characters.

But Mark was always respectful and humble to the older players.

And, you know, there's no surprise in

where he is today.
