We did it. I'm glad we could make it. It's the end of our first Slow Home experiment and our no sugar experiment. and it's feeling pretty good.

We've achieved our goal.

We have.

We've done it.

It's time to celebrate to have a good time. I don't know any other lyrics to that song.

Let's leave it at that.

But how are you feeling?

How do I feel?

I feel really good.

Really, really good.

It's funny with this one because it's the first one.

We're still trying to figure out what this looks like and what these episodes do and

you know what I guess we need to explain to people what it is that we're hoping to get

out of it even though I felt like we did that but I've had a few questions oh it's it's more

that we would have guests every week in on the show who would talk about different areas of living

a slower, more intentional, maybe more mindful or healthful kind of life.

And a lot of them, I'd be like, yeah, that makes so much sense, makes heaps of sense.

And some of them I'd be doing it right alongside with them.

But then there are other areas that had never really been something we'd tried,

even though we kind of thought it would be a good fit.
