as well. Yeah. So I live in Nashville, Tennessee, kind of right in the heart of the

Bible belt here in the United States. And I started with a luxury beach property. I didn't know

I was starting with a luxury beach farm. I didn't even know that I was starting into short-term

rentals. My wife wanted a beach house. We were everybody's heard of destined. We were

in destined and one of my best friends and a Grimsman and my wedding. We have lunch with him and his
