So we got the record right here. So I think that this settlement will happen, but if I'm wrong, the trial will unfold

handicap Fox News's possibility that they win on a percentage basis, 30%, whatever.

What would you put a percentage basis on?

Certainly less than 50-50.

No question.

Probably closer to your number, Bill, maybe even smaller than that.

If what we've seen in the press in terms of the publications that

have been leaked and revealed, if that's really what we're going to see for most of the trial,

this is going to be a very uphill climb for Fox. I should say, though, it is hard to win a defamation
