So on June 4th, President Order, President Biden, as you know, issued an executive order, and it's a confusing order.

It puts all this work on the Border Patrol people who can't do it.

I'm not going to go over it again,

but since that time, the Border Patrol says that arrests,

they're not really arrests.

They stop them.

Most of these migrants actually go up

to the Border Patrol agency, I want asylum,

and then 24 hours later, they're in the country

doing what they want.

Pay for it by us, the taxpayer.

That's how it usually works.

But it's down 20%.

Okay, I don't know why.
