prediction made eight months ago, that he would be the nominee.

He's ahead well ahead in the national polls. Now Biden, if there is a trial in the

Senate, Republican Senator is going to want to call him to testify for the nation and

try to embarrass the former vice president. Here's how he replies, go.

The reason I wouldn't is because it's all designed to deal with Trump doing what he's done

his whole life, trying to take the focus off him. This is all about a diversion.

And we play his game all the time. He's done it in his whole career.

Okay, so he say any wound answer, a subpoena from the Senate.

So he got a lot of heat for that. I would say he wouldn't answer the subpoena,

legitimate congressional oversight request. Okay, so he doesn't know what to do, Biden doesn't

know what to do. He certainly knows it would be a huge mistake for him to show up in a Senate

hearing on impeachment because the Republican Senate will tear him to pieces.

And he doesn't have any defense. He said what he said to the Ukrainian government, either you

fire the prosecutor or you don't get a billion dollars in loans. He said it's on tape and he's

proud of it. It's not like he's a one minute mistake. And he knows that his son pulled millions
