But there's a lot of propaganda floating around and a lot of things that just aren't true.

You may remember that back on March 24, Andrew Cuomo made a very big deal about ventilators.

And he said, look, the state of New York may need 30,000 to 40,000 ventilators.

And of course, the federal government doesn't have that.

They don't have that to give.

And the prison, while, well, why doesn't the federal government stockpile?

What are the ventilators?

Where are they all in that?
