So, if it's just go 13 police officers are suing the city saying that the fixers in they

can't get promoted because they're white.

So, the 13 officers say there's a test and the test scores are not accurately presented.

So, if you're white you are graded on a curve down.

If you're minority you're graded on a curve up.

So they're suing the city.

And in federal court it's going to be big.

Villanova University used to be a prestigious place, great basketball team as you may know

in Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
